Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities

- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize designs
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
