Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to drive improvements
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement or business metrics
- Must be authorized to work in the US and available for in-person collaboration 2 days/week
