Join our dynamic design team as a Part-Time UX Designer and transform complex problems into intuitive digital experiences. InnovateTech Solutions is seeking a creative professional to enhance user journeys for our fintech portfolio. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered designs that drive engagement and conversions. This flexible 20-hour/week role offers remote flexibility with occasional on-site collaboration in our Fort Worth hub.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop design systems and UI components for scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on design goals
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs based on data insights
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with visual presentation abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
