Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; perform rigorous code reviews to ensure security and performance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and resolve technical blockers.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to identify and fix bugs in production environments.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specs, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Agile Participation: actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java; experience with React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Tools: Strong command of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work effectively as an independent contractor within a distributed team structure.
