Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software features using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Review code from other team members to ensure quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#).
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
