- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis for optimization
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality checks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
