Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and maintain VPN, VLAN, and wireless network solutions
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Document network topologies, configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on threat mitigation protocols
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages and escalations
- Execute network upgrades including firmware patches and hardware refreshes
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Active CCNA or CCNP certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS configurations
- Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (IPSec, SSL/TLS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
