Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Document test results, bugs, and recommendations using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve critical issues
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across multiple platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to identify potential pain points and improvement areas
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain and update test documentation to ensure coverage and accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of software QA testing experience (manual or automated)
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
