Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects using JIRA with high precision.
- Perform functional, regression, and UI/UX testing to ensure seamless user journeys.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
- Conduct cross-browser and device compatibility testing to ensure universal accessibility.
- Maintain test documentation and report on testing progress and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear bug reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
