Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality and performance
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed steps, screenshots, and expected results
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback for product improvements
- Maintain and update test documentation to reflect product changes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software testing experience or relevant education/certification
- Proficiency in test case creation and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages is a plus
