Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional and usability defects
- Document detailed bug reports with reproducible steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers and product managers using JIRA and Confluence
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Validate software builds against technical specifications and user requirements
- Participate in sprint planning and daily standup meetings
- Maintain test documentation and test environment configurations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and defect tracking tools
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting
- Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile apps
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
