Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and exploratory testing across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with clear severity/priority labels
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve defects
- Create comprehensive test plans and test scenarios for new features
- Validate bug fixes and regression testing in Agile/Scrum environments
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain detailed test documentation and defect logs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of manual QA testing experience or relevant education
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database testing
- Proficient in Windows/macOS environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
