Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine complex prompts to optimize the performance of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Analyze AI outputs to identify bias, inaccuracies, or hallucinations, and implement corrective strategies.
- Develop and maintain a library of "prompt templates" for various use cases, from customer support automation to content generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into technical prompt specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and generative AI trends.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to determine the most effective approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience using and testing Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI chatbots.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot prompt logic.
- Experience with prompt engineering frameworks (e.g., Chain of Thought, Few-Shot prompting).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Basic understanding of Python or API integration is a plus.
