Responsibilities
- Develop and refine sophisticated prompt engineering strategies to optimize AI performance across various domains.
- Analyze and debug AI responses to ensure tone, accuracy, and adherence to specific business requirements.
- Create and maintain a library of high-quality prompts for internal tools and client-facing applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models based on user feedback and interaction data.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to implement innovative prompting techniques.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or in a similar role working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google LLMs.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with Python or scripting languages is a strong plus.
- Ability to deconstruct complex problems and translate them into clear, actionable instructions for AI.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and error reduction.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
