Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and refine prompt templates for various AI models to significantly improve response quality and coherence.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, logical errors, or hallucinations, and iterate on prompts to mitigate these issues.
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create a reusable library of high-performing prompts for the team.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align AI capabilities with user needs and business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI to implement cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Experience or deep understanding of Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) is highly preferred.
- Technical aptitude to understand model parameters, temperature settings, and token limitations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field is a plus.
