Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop performance tracking frameworks
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and troubleshoot operational issues
- Document processes and create clear documentation for data models and methodologies
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and concise narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
