Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead cloud-native deployments on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and security for financial transactions
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions with CTO and stakeholders
- Drive agile development using Jira and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with payment processing or financial systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping production systems
