Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design and structure complex prompts that effectively guide AI models to generate accurate, creative, and contextually relevant content.
- Model Testing & QA: Rigorously test AI outputs to identify biases, errors, or hallucinations and implement fixes to improve model reliability.
- Iterative Refinement: Continuously tweak prompt parameters, temperature settings, and context windows to optimize output quality.
- Creative Strategy: Brainstorm innovative ways to apply prompt engineering for marketing campaigns, content generation, and technical support automation.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with software developers and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into our existing software ecosystem.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of prompt strategies, outcomes, and best practices to help scale the team's knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field, with a strong interest in AI.
- Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM interfaces.
- Language Mastery: Native or near-native proficiency in English with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and style.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to critically analyze AI responses and debug logic to ensure high-fidelity outputs.
- Flexibility: Availability to work approximately 10-20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
