Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Perform physical and logical cabling tasks, including termination of Cat6, fiber, and copper cabling.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and software conflicts efficiently.
- Conduct routine network audits and perform preventative maintenance to ensure system uptime.
- Document network configurations, changes, and service tickets accurately in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of network peripherals, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience with network cabling, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking hardware from major vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential field work.
