Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install and configure desktops/laptops in corporate environment
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training
- Support office equipment setup and maintenance
- Learn cloud technologies (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to earn CompTIA A+ certification
