Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, mobile-first websites using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Implement front-end solutions using React and Vue.js while adhering to WCAG accessibility standards
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into web applications
- Optimize website performance through code refactoring and caching strategies
- Conduct cross-browser testing and troubleshoot compatibility issues
- Participate in Agile sprints using Jira and maintain clean version control with Git
- Document code and contribute to technical knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent portfolio demonstrating 1+ years of web development experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Basic knowledge of PHP/Node.js for server-side scripting
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ responsive web projects
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
