Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for corporate clients
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocol implementation
- Support end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades and system maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Conduct routine equipment audits and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
