Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Assist with network infrastructure setup and basic diagnostics
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Deploy and maintain security patches and updates
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week (weekend/evening shifts available)
