Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking hardware.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and on-premise data centers to ensure high availability.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls (Active Directory).
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor junior system administrators and IT support staff.
- Conduct regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Deep expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
