Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions including desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
- Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex escalations and preventative maintenance
- Train employees on IT best practices and security protocols
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain SLA response times
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical training
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
