Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize software defects using JIRA and Bugzilla
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
- Conduct regression testing for feature updates and releases
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement reports
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and review meetings
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and test data
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software testing experience or relevant education
- Familiarity with QA methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression)
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
