Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and patch management systems
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Support enterprise network monitoring and maintenance
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and RMA processes
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Passion for continuous learning and industry certifications
