Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and transform raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards (using Tableau/Power BI) to track KPIs and present performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Forecasting: Create predictive models to assist in future planning and resource allocation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Economics).
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area (Relocation Assistance available).
