We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our award-winning team in Austin, TX. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from conducting user research and defining personas to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI implementation.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma that clearly communicate design intent and user flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design feasibility and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze results to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure scalability and consistency across all platforms.
- Present design reviews to stakeholders, advocating for user needs and providing data-driven design recommendations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
- Experience conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
