As a key member of our analytics team, you will bridge the gap between technical data science and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time business intelligence to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data models, processes, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex business problems using data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
