Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility and decision-making efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation practices
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven experience working with remote teams and asynchronous collaboration tools
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with business impact
