Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data into executive summaries for management.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and querying databases using SQL to support ongoing business operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Excel (Advanced) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
