- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support business objectives.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting key business metrics.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and recommend solutions for process improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Reliability: Ability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours per week) with strict adherence to deadlines.
