Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets into clear, actionable reports.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Support the creation of monthly and quarterly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work approximately 20-25 hours per week.
