Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract specific data subsets for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required.
- Tools: Strong experience with Excel (advanced functions) and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
