Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and solution architectures.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks and audits.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
