Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for employees
- Install/configure workstations, printers, and network devices
- Document incidents and resolutions using ServiceNow platform
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness training and patch management
- Support cloud applications (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Collaborate with team on system upgrades and projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program or recent graduate
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work standing/walking
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- US citizenship or work authorization required
