Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to uncover trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to validate hypotheses
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Optimize data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
