What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with senior analysts to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical team members effectively.
Responsibilities
- SQL & Python Expertise: Write complex queries and scripts to manipulate data efficiently.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards that tell a story through data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to understand business goals.
- Quality Assurance: Validate data integrity and perform root-cause analysis on discrepancies.
- Documentation: Document data models, pipelines, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
