Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support strategic decision-making across departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
