Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- SQL & Data Querying: Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract data and perform necessary manipulations efficiently.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to understand their data needs and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
