Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive presentations
- Support A/B testing and statistical analysis for marketing optimization
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to track KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
