Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from disparate sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence: Develop comprehensive reports and executive summaries that communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate reporting workflows and improve data infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (advanced querying) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Toolset: Expert knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization software.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into business value and present findings persuasively.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in data entry, analysis, and reporting.
