Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Develop interactive dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior datasets
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders using clear storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA a plus), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP data systems (Salesforce/SAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
