Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress against organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop automated reporting workflows to streamline data collection and analysis processes
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
- Experience working with CRM and marketing analytics platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Detail-oriented approach with exceptional problem-solving abilities
