Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to identify trends and patterns.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL and maintaining data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
