Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document incident tickets and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and protocols
- Assist with system updates, patches, and maintenance schedules
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Zero prior IT experience necessary – we train from the ground up!
