Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing weekly insights to the leadership team
- Support A/B testing initiatives and data validation processes
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaign performance
- Maintain data integrity through quality control and documentation standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with clear business impact
