Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Implement network security protocols and system patches
- Support cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure operations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and Active Directory
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Valid Hawaii driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to lift 50lbs for hardware installations
