Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across web/mobile applications
- Document defects with precise severity ratings and actionable reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers using JIRA to resolve issues within sprint cycles
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features maintain system stability
- Develop performance/load tests using Selenium and JMeter
- Validate compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and security protocols
- Participate in requirement analysis to identify testable scenarios
- Maintain test case documentation in Confluence with clear acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA experience with SaaS or government projects
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent QA methodology training
- Strong understanding of SQL for database validation
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
